I'm listening to Harry Potter and the Half-Blood Prince on audiobook.  Again.  I can't remember how many times I've listened to it now.  Anyway, my son is finally old enough to grasp that mommy's listening to a story instead of to music, so he's full of questions about it.  And he's also at the age where the world is divided into good guys and bad guys.  So we're listening to the book and this is our conversation:

G: "Who's that talking?"
Me: "That's Harry Potter."
G: "Is Harry Potter a good guy or a bad guy?"
Me: "Harry Potter's a good guy."
G: "Who's the bad guy?"
Me: "There are a few, but Voldemort is the really bad guy."
G: "Who's talking now?"
Me: "Snape."
G: "Is he a good guy or a bad guy."
Me:  (silence)
G: "Mommy!  Is snake a good guy or bad guy?"
Me: "His name is Snape, not snake.  And he's way more complex than you'd be able to understand.  OK?"
G: "All right.  Who's that talking now?"

He's not quite three, but he's already rather verbose.  And asking questions about Harry Potter...no way am I going to discourage that!
