Shopping!

I told D all I want for my birthday is to go clothes shopping FOR myself and BY myself.  Nothing for G and no G tagging along.  My birthday isn't for almost a month (April 25th....hint hint) but I get out of work early on Friday for Good Friday.  So I'm using that time to hit up Wheaton Plaza, where the closest NY and Co is and I'm going to buy myself a spring wardrobe.

You guys have no idea how big a deal this is for me.  I rarely buy myself new things. Most of my clothes are hand-me-downs from my sister from before she gained a l'il weight or come from Goodwill or some other Thrift store.  Usually I only get myself new things when I have a gift card.  So yes.  This is a great big deal.  And D agreed I do need a good spring/summer wardrobe and he agreed we can loosen the purse strings.

I. am. so. excited.

Also, tomorrow night is karaoke night in the office.  But it's in the middle of Passover. So we're getting Passover-kosher pizza, which I've never had before.  But if it's anything like the kosher for Passover cake...it'll suck ass.  At least I won't be stuck drinking the Manischeiwitz (spelling?).
Seriously seriously drunk.  We had our intra-office hoolliday party today.  The one for only the office and not the whole firm. And I'm drunker than I have been since December 2005.  Which is serioulsy one month before I conceived G.

And I get to put a three year old to bed in about fifteen minutes.  And he's gonna want me to read three books to him.  And everything looks like it's two of everything, so god knows how I'm gonna do this.

This is my first ever Drunk Lj!  Which is nice because I haven't b een this drunk since December 2005, which I think I've said already

God damn, I'm seeing two of these screens so I'd better log off now before I say something I regret.
